The Man from UFSTED - a hilarious end of the year play

Bumbling Head Teacher, Mr Spannerbang and long suffering Deputy Ms Pinkerton are in school as dawn breaks quaking in anticipation at a visit from the dreaded 'Man from UFSTED'. When he eventually arrives under cover of darkness, they must lead him on a fantastical journey involving a fearsome nitnurse, a streetwise Little Red Riding hood and her gang of Hoodies, a tale of WWII evacuees in a village full of idiots, an examination of the plight of the planet and various primary school teachers shirking sports day celebrations by hiding in a stock cupboard! They must also try to explian why a pair of PE shorts are hanging from the ceiling projector in the school hall . . .

The Man from UFSTED is a hilarious end of the year play set against the backdrop of a farcical school inspection.The play has a master linking script and includes five mini plays as individual scenes, making it super easy to divide up and rehearse, and even trim or extend based upon your requirements.
